We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care leadership team supporting 114 residents across multiple households.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead the clinical operations of the home, support and develop nursing and care teams, and play a key role in shaping a positive culture focused on high-quality, person-centred care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinician looking for a promotional step into senior leadership, with genuine opportunities for future growth and development.
In this role you will:
• Lead and support clinical and care teams, building capability for the future
• Drive high standards of clinical care, safety and compliance
• Support clinical governance, care planning and quality improvement
• Build confidence within the team, ensuring that older people feel secure
• Partner with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
About you
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Leadership experience in aged care or health
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes
