Customer Service Concierge

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fulfil a part time or full time role depending on suitability to commence immediately. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of U City's diverse offerings, including a community services hub, state-of-the-art function centre, specialist disability accommodation, and retirement living.
Whether you’ve worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, we’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences.
Applicants with prior experience in hospitality, front office, event planner, customer facing roles is highly regarded! Past experience in Concierge, Security or Support Work would be desirable.
This role works across a rotating roster with hours across 6AM-12AM with occasional work overnight as required
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and proactive customer service to all users of U City from residents, staff, contractors and visitors.
- Maintaining the security and access control of the building.
- Assisting the efficient delivery of contractor facility services.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist clients/customers or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
About You
- Proficient in effective communication both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Background in the hotel or hospitality sector or a passion for people.
- Capable of handling various concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite as part of a role.
- Experience with Building Management & security systems would be valuable.
