At Uniting Communities, our corporate services teams support every part of the organisation. Our teams include: 

Managing our buildings, assets, sustainability initiatives, and commercial operations, including welcoming guests to our accessible vertical village, U City.

Helping share our stories, promote our services, build connection and amplify the voices of the people and communities we support.

Overseeing budget planning, accounts payable, reporting and financial sustainability so our teams can plan with confidence and deliver reliable services.

Coordinating vehicles, equipment and procurement to make sure our teams have what they need to work safely and effectively.

Recruiting and retaining staff, delivering training and learning opportunities, and strengthening leadership development, culture and staff wellbeing.

Making sure our people are supported through accurate, timely and responsive payroll services and related systems.

Championing safety, continuous improvement, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance across all our programs and services.

Delivering technology change projects, providing technical support, overseeing cyber security, and keeping our technology systems aligned with business needs.
