About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Software Engineering, you will be part of a dynamic Technology Services team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and integrations.
You will work across the full software development lifecycle, translating business requirements into technical solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned to business needs
- Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and data/reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct testing, peer reviews, and contribute to best practice development
- Support data architecture and provide recommendations on technical solutions
About You
You are a proactive and collaborative Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. You thrive in a team environment and are motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience across the software development lifecycle
- Strong SQL skills including database development (SSRS/SSIS)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform
- Ability to analyse requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience with SharePoint and O365 integrations
- Data modelling and data architecture experience
