We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant residential aged care community. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about quality care, strong teams, and creating a place where residents truly feel at home.
This role oversees a multidisciplinary team of clinical and operational professionals and plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture, performance, and future of the service.
Whether you come from a clinical background (Registered Nurse) or a strong operational leadership background, what matters most is your ability to lead people, drive quality outcomes, and create an environment where residents and staff thrive.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, you will provide leadership across all aspects of the home including care delivery, workforce leadership, compliance, resident experience, and operational performance.
You will work closely with clinical leaders, hospitality teams, and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care while building a positive, empowered workplace culture.
This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence innovation, quality improvement, and best-practice care.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and operational staff
• Creating a culture of person-centred care and dignity for residents
• Ensuring high standards of clinical care, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Driving team engagement, workforce capability, and leadership development
• Delivering strong operational performance and sustainable service outcomes
• Partnering with residents, families, and the community to enhance the resident experience
• Leading continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
About You
You are an experienced leader who understands how to bring people together around a shared vision and purpose.
You may come from a clinical leadership background or from a strong operational management background within aged care, health, or a similar sector.
Most importantly, you are someone who leads with integrity, compassion, and a clear focus on outcomes.
You will bring:
