Join Uniting Communities and play a key role in partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, drive organisational change and strengthen workforce capability across a purpose-driven organisation.
As a trusted senior People & Culture adviser, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to provide strategic and operational HR support, including coaching, employee relations, workforce planning, change management and leadership development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with leaders to improve team performance and engagement
- Coach managers through employee relations and change initiatives
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development
- Lead investigations, performance management and workplace matters
- Facilitate workshops and support leadership capability building
- Collaborate with People & Culture specialists to deliver impactful HR initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a generalist HR advisory role within a medium or large organisation
- Strong knowledge of employment relations and workplace legislation
- Proven ability to influence, coach and build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce initiatives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline
