Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs across Adelaide’s Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs, we are seeking reliable and committed Qualified Home & Community Aged Care Workers with exceptional customer service skills to support our aged care customers in their homes.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for support workers who can:

  • Commit to regular, ongoing shifts and build consistent relationships with customers
  • Be reliable and dependable, showing up as a trusted support person
  • Balance flexibility with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through

Must Have

  • A current driver’s licence
  • Your own registered, insured vehicle (less than 20 yrs old)
  • Roadworthy Vehicle Test (conducted at your cost before starting – mandatory)
  • First Aid & CPR

Some Duties Include (but are not limited to)

  • Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
  • Medication assistance
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
  • Light domestic duties (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms)
  • Contributing to tailored support plans

Skills & Experience

  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services or currently studying Social Work (or equivalent)
  • Previous aged care/community care experience (advantageous)
