What you'll be doing
As a Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support that enhances residents' wellbeing, comfort and quality of life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and continence support
- Assisting residents with meals, hydration and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility using safe manual handling techniques and equipment
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and accurately documenting observations and care notes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Supporting wellness, reablement and independence-focused care
- Working collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals and the wider care team
- Upholding resident choice, privacy, dignity and cultural safety at all times.

About you
You are caring, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional support to older people. You'll bring:
Essential
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- Experience working as a Care Worker or Personal Care Assistant in a residential aged car
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience documenting care information and using electronic care systems
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and customer service
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
