Our Murray Mudge Aged Care Home, located in Glenelg, is known for its positive culture and supportive team environment. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, with a strong background in quality compliance and continuous improvement.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care home to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will help ensure compliance with expected outcomes, standards, and best practice guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the Senior Manager to evaluate, develop, and implement the Residential Aged Care quality framework and continuous improvement processes

Working within scope of practice to assess and ensure best-practice clinical care models are delivered in line with relevant standards and guidelines

Providing direction, guidance, and support to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality care and support is consistently delivered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

Current influenza and COVID-19 vaccination certificates
-
Demonstrated experience in evaluating quality frameworks, developing improvement plans, and enhancing processes and practices
