Enrolled Nurse

Uniting Communities are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring person to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse at Glenelg (part time PM shifts, commitment to 5 - 6 shifts a fortnight). Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager you will provide compassionate and high-quality support and assistance to our residents to make a real difference in their lives whilst supporting the resident’s right to choice, independence and dignity.
About you
You will bring the following to this position.
-
Current and ongoing Nursing registration with AHPRA
-
At least 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting
-
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
Responsibilities and Duties
-
Providing personal and nursing care to residents
-
Medication Administration in accordance with current legislation and standards
-
Provide direction and support to Care Workers in their day-to-day duties
-
Ensure resident’s comfort and dignity is maintained along with their personal privacy

Actively lead the PRD process for Care Workers

Contribution to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care
