At Uniting Communities, we believe people thrive when culture, capability and purpose come together. We are seeking a Senior Culture & Capability Partner to play a key role in strengthening our organisational culture, leadership capability and employee experience across the organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you will operate as an internal consultant - partnering closely with leaders to design and deliver evidence-based culture, engagement and leadership initiatives that enable high performance and a positive, values-led workplace.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development & Culture, you will lead and contribute to a broad portfolio including culture surveys, leadership development, onboarding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leader coaching. You will use data, insight and strong facilitation skills to diagnose needs and design practical solutions that make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end culture survey cycle, including analysis, insights, reporting and leader action planning
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, capability initiatives and workshops
- Facilitate employee orientation and induction programs
- Partner with leaders to uplift team culture, engagement and leadership effectiveness
- Support Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging frameworks, initiatives and reporting obligations
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders navigating change and people challenges
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
About you
You are a trusted advisor who brings credibility, warmth and confidence when working with leaders. You are comfortable facilitating groups, analysing data, and translating insight into practical, people-focused solutions. You thrive in complex environments and are motivated by purpose-driven work.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources or a related discipline, with relevant experience;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an organisational development, learning or culture role within a complex organisation
- Experience designing and delivering non-accredited learning and leadership programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organisational culture frameworks
