You will use data, insight and strong facilitation skills to diagnose needs and design practical solutions that make a real impact.

          Key responsibilities

          • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders navigating change and people challenges
          • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

          About you

          You are a trusted advisor who brings credibility, warmth and confidence when working with leaders. You are comfortable facilitating groups, analysing data, and translating insight into practical, people-focused solutions. You thrive in complex environments and are motivated by purpose-driven work.

          Qualifications & experience

          • Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources or a related discipline, with relevant experience;
          • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an organisational development, learning or culture role within a complex organisation
          • Experience designing and delivering non-accredited learning and leadership programs
