Exciting opportunity for qualified and experienced Registered/Clinical Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Manager at our Felixstow Residential Aged Care Home.
About the Role:
As a Care Manager you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership in partnership with the Senior Manager. Leading and developing a dedicated team of clinical and care staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within our unique Residential Aged Care model.

Overseeing clinical care, ensuring residents’ health and wellbeing are maintained while meeting KPI targets.

Supporting the Senior Manager in the operational performance of the home, aligning with Uniting Communities’ standards and values.

Maintaining accurate documentation to meet legal, funding, and compliance requirements.

Promoting best-practice clinical care, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate will have:

AHRRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

Graduate Certificate in Aged Care is desirable

Previous management experience, ideally in an Aged Care setting

Committed to and able of leading, directing and working as part of team

Sound knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation Standards, Aged Care Act, ANACC and relevant regulations

Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
