Uniting Communities, are seeking an experienced Manager, Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) (for a fixed term 12 months contract) to lead the design, delivery and management of strategies that drive growth, strengthen culture, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead L&OD and change management strategies aligned to organisational goals
- Oversee leadership development, induction, career pathways and coaching programs
- Manage the learning management system, legislative training, and capability initiatives
- Partner with leaders to build an agile, values-driven workforce
- Ensure alignment with Aged Care Quality and NDIA standards
About You
- You bring significant experience in organisational development, learning and change management, with proven ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
- You are a strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- You are able to demonstrate knowledge of best practice in Change management, Organisational culture, Learning and Leadership development
- Tertiary qualifications in OD, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or a related field are essential, along with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Proven experience with Learning Management System and the use of an online authoring tool
