Learning and Organisational Development Administrator

At Uniting Communities, we are committed to building a compassionate, inclusive society. We’re seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Administrator to support the coordination and delivery of training programs across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the L&OD team to ensure compliance with mandatory training, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of development initiatives. You’ll also contribute to promoting learning opportunities and help strengthen a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate and support training programs, compliance reporting, and staff learning.

Maintain accurate training records, databases, and produce timely reports.

Provide administrative support for projects, intranet updates, and external training providers.
What we’re looking for:

Qualification or experience in business administration (certificate, diploma, or equivalent).

Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to change and learn new technologies and systems quickly.
