Learning and Organisational Development Administrator

At Uniting Communities, we are committed to building a compassionate, inclusive society. We’re seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Administrator to support the coordination and delivery of training programs across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the L&OD team to ensure compliance with mandatory training, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of development initiatives. You’ll also contribute to promoting learning opportunities and help strengthen a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and support training programs, compliance reporting, and staff learning.

  • Maintain accurate training records, databases, and produce timely reports.

  • Provide administrative support for projects, intranet updates, and external training providers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualification or experience in business administration (certificate, diploma, or equivalent).

  • Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to change and learn new technologies and systems quickly.
