Customer Service Concierge

Join our Concierge team at UCity, a multi-award-winning mixed-use building in the heart of Adelaide. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a full time or casual to commence immediately. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of UCity's diverse offerings, including a community services hub, state-of-the-art function center, specialist disability accommodation, and retirement living.

Applicants with prior experience in hospitality or fast food roles is is highly regarded!

This role works across a rotating roster with hours across 6AM-12AM with occasional work overnight as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and proactive customer service to all users of UCity from residents, staff, contractors and visitors
  • Maintaining the security and access control of the building
  • Assisting the efficient delivery of contractor services
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist clients/customers or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere

About You

  • Proficient in effective communication both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Background in the hotel or hospitality sector or a passion for people
  • Capable of handling various concurrent tasks efficiently
  • Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite as part of a role
