About the role:

As the Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for assisting with cleaning and laundry in the day-to-day service delivery to our residents at our Aged Care, located in Felixstow and Glenelg.

We have permanent part time role at Felixstow (10 shifts spread across a fortnight) and a casual role at Glenelg.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal

  • Provide a high standard of cleaning in designated areas

  • Ensure resident laundry is washed, dried, ironed

  • Safely replenish laundry chemicals as require

About you

  • Have previous experience cleaning in an organisation or commercial environment

  • Have sound knowledge of WH&S procedures, relevant chemicals and safe work practices

  • Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively

  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination certificates
