We're dedicated to providing telephone-based support services to individuals facing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
24/7 Operation:
Our services run round-the-clock, ensuring we're there when our community needs us the most. As a successful candidate, you'll embrace a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends, all essential aspects of this dynamic role.

This role is responsible for:

Providing a trauma informed intake and assessment of clients presenting situation

Referral to appropriate specialist homelessness service providers and other external agencies

Acting as an advocate when necessary to support our clients.

Assisting clients in successfully engaging with essential services.

Facilitating access to crisis shelter accommodations.
About You:
You will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Sector as well as:

Diploma level qualifications or equivalent
-
Proficiency in data entry, computer skills, and effective time management.

Knowledge of the Homelessness sector, Domestic Violence awareness and an understanding of Youth culture
