Your Role Will Include:

• Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support

• Assisting residents with meals and hydration

• Promoting wellness practices that enhance independence and quality of life

• Following individual care plans and documenting care notes accurately

• Safe and effective use of mechanical aids

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• A warm, friendly, and motivated approach to supporting others

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support

• Competency in writing and entering care notes electronically

• Understanding of Aged Care standards and guidelines

Desirable:

• 2+ years of Aged Care experience (highly regarded)

• Previous consistent night shift experience (for night shift roles)
